Yes. You simply scan a QR code in your dashboard to link your number as a secondary device — exactly like WhatsApp Web. No new number or SIM card is required.
Can the AI actually book appointments? +
Yes. You configure your availability and services in the dashboard, and the assistant will propose timeslots and confirm bookings directly inside the conversation — no external booking link required.
What languages are supported? +
Over 100 languages. The AI automatically detects what language your customer is writing in and responds fluently in that language, dialect, and tone. No setup needed.
How is the assistant customised for my business? +
During setup, our wizard analyses your website and automatically adopts your tone of voice and brand personality. If you don't have a website, we use sensible defaults for your industry. Everything can be adjusted afterwards in your portal via a custom prompt — so you always stay in full control.
Is my conversation data private? +
Yes. All conversations and leads are stored securely in your own isolated database. We never share your data with third parties, and every customer account is fully separated.

Will my number get blocked? +
The risk is extremely low. The assistant only ever responds to incoming messages — it never sends unsolicited contact. Combined with natural reply timing and built-in rate limits, the behaviour is indistinguishable from a real person replying.
Can the customer tell it's AI? +
No — not unless you choose to disclose it. The assistant replies in your exact tone of voice and brand style, so the experience feels completely natural. You can mention it's an AI in your configuration, but by default there is no indication.
Can I take over a conversation? +
Yes. The moment you reply manually from your own WhatsApp, the AI automatically pauses for that conversation. It stays silent for 4 hours, giving you space to handle it yourself. After that it resumes automatically — or you can switch it back on immediately from your dashboard.
What happens if the AI doesn't know something? +
The assistant is trained on your business information and stays within that scope. If a question falls outside what it knows, it will gracefully tell the customer to get in touch with you directly — so nothing falls through the cracks.
